I have been experimenting with cold showers ever since my podcast episode with Valentin Bunea from Body Engineering.
It's time to go back in the cold. I wish I could have a cold plunge or bath but all I have is a cold shower which to me is harder to do than a cold bath. I guess this is for the best. It's day 2 now and I allready feel better. The days start to makes sense after the cold and a good Freeletics session!

This is a project I have been putting off for a long time and now it's time to finish it.
The inspiration for this project and page comes from Derek Sivers. I liked the idea of creating something where I can share things about me knowing that it will remain here for a long time. In the process I am learning how to create a website using HTML, CSS and eventually JavaScript
My friend that lives in Tampa is spending the New Year in Europe. He was kind enough to let us use his apartment for a few days. The catch? Just pick him from the airport when he returns home. I just love a good deal!
